In onze vergelijkende analyse zullen we kijken naar twee banden die veel gebruikt worden vanwege hun hoge prestaties tijdens de zomer. De banden in focus zijn de Continental PremiumContact 6 van Continental en de Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 van Goodyear.
De Continental PremiumContact 6 behaalt een gemiddelde beoordeling van 87% uit onze tests, komt als eerste uit de bus in de ADAC-test onder 15 banden en behaalt een vierde plaats in Autobild onder 53 geteste banden. Het heeft ook een vierde plaats bemachtigd in de tests van Teknikens uit 10 banden. Echter, het staat op de zesde positie in de GTÜ-test uit 9 banden. Onder zijn optimale kenmerken vallen uitstekende handling en remprestaties op nat wegdek, samen met efficiënte handling op droog wegdek. Deze band was de opvolger van de Continental ContiPremiumContact 5 en is sindsdien vervangen door de Continental PremiumContact 7.

De Goodyear Efficient Grip Performance 2 blinkt echter uit in het bieden van comfort, waarde en hoge kilometerprestaties. Uw uiteindelijke beslissing moet afhangen van welke kenmerken u prioriteit geeft in een band. Of het nu veiligheid is of comfort en kilometerstand, beide banden zullen ongetwijfeld een solide prestatie leveren.
